A graduate in business administration and urban planning (master degree), Pierre Cyr began his career in real estate appraisal in 1989 working for the firm P.E. Bédard & Associates.
His professional career took him a few years later to Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton where he worked as an appraiser and real estate analyst. In 2001, he accepted the position of Director at Samson Bélair Deloitte and Touche.
Pierre Cyr joined the firm Raymond, Joyal, Cadieux, Paquette & Associates Ltd in 2004 as a real estate appraiser. He became a partner in 2006. He is specialized in the valuation of land and other properties for various purposes (litigation, ecological gifts, expropriation…).
Member of the Executive Office of l’Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec from 1997 to 2007 and chairman of the admission committee of l’Ordre between 2002 and 2005, Pierre Cyr specializes especially in appraisal and negotiation for purposes of expropriation and assessment appeal. Moreover, he was called to testify before the Bureau de révision de l’évaluation foncière du Québec, the Superior Court and the Tribunal Administratif du Québec.

Alain Lemaire started in appraisal in 1982 as a building inspector for the Montreal Urban Community.
In 1987, he became a real estate appraiser at Raymond, Joyal, Cadieux, Paquette & Associates Ltd. Six years later, he accepted the position of Assistant Director at Royal LePage Commercial Inc. He assumes the position for seven years (1993-1999) and then continued on with his career at Les Évaluations Val Beq inc. as Director of real estate services and then following a merger with the firm CB Richard Ellis in 2005 as an associate real estate appraiser in the commercial division until 2009.
Working in the field of real estate appraisal for more than 25 years, Alain Lemaire has extensive experience in the valuation of private, commercial and industrial properties.
Teacher at the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board from 2001 to 2005, he also acts as an expert witness in the case of litigation in the field of evaluation.
Since 2009, Raymond, Joyal, Cadieux, Paquette & Associates Ltd. is happy to count again on his services, this time as a partner in its commercial appraisal division.

After graduated in 1980 in architectural technique, Gilles Picard made his first steps in the field of property valuation as a technician for the firm Roger Chouinard et Associés.
His career continued, joining in 1983, Compagnie d’Évaluation Métropolitaine.
In 1985, Compagnie d’Évaluation Métropolitaine merges to become Raymond, Joyal, Cadieux, Paquette & Associates Ltd. His status as senior technician remains the same until 2006 when he became partner in the firm.
He provided throughout his professional career, technical support and expertise in many expropriation cases in addition to his expertise in research at the Bureau de la publicité des droits and building inspection and cost.
He is a member of l’Ordre des technologues du Québec and l’Association des techniciens en évaluation foncière du Québec.

After studying business administration at HEC and real estate appraisal at UQAM , Guy Saint Cyr began his career in 1981 at Montreal Trust appraisal services, which he headed in 1988.
In 1989, he joined the firm Pierre Sirois & Associates as a senior real estate appraiser until 1995, when he left to take a similar position at Raymond Joyal Cadieux Paquette & Associates Ltée.

After his beginning in 1986, at Raymond, Joyal, Cadieux, Paquette & Associates Ltd as a real estate appraiser, Bertrand Tremblay then joined Natgen, a real estate property firm, managing a residential and commercial property liquidation portfolio.
He returned in 2004 at Raymond, Joyal, Cadieux, Paquette & Associates Ltd as a partner and became president in 2010.
His fields of interest include capital gain, estate planning, financing, insurance and real estate property acquisition and sale. He also developed an expertise in litigation as consultant and expert witness, which brings him to testify before Quebec courts more than twenty times a year.

Sébastien Gariépy began his academic background by obtaining a degree in industrial maintenance at Le Cégep du Vieux-Montreal, allowing him to become a member of the Ordre des Technologues Professionnels du Québec (O.T.P.Q.) and to receive the title of Professional Technologist (TP).
However, he soon discovered a passion for real estate and decided to get involved in a series of transactions, enabling him to get more in contact with the real estate business. He then worked for 2 years for the firm Les Évaluations Bigras, before starting Devimo firm, which quickly knew great success and a sustained growth. Through the evolution of the firm, he began to undertake most of the management tasks, in order to stay on top; he ensured his knowledge by obtaining a financial management certificate and a certificate in business management at HEC Montreal. Furthermore, he is currently completing a certificate in analysis of organizational processes.
In 2016, the firm Devimo joined forces with those of Raymond Joyal Cadieux Paquette and Associates Ltd. and Sebastien Gariépy holds the CEO position.
Through his functions, he continues his self improvement by following a series of trainings and attending several seminars on real estate. He also continues to invest in real estate and participates in some development projects.

Sylvain Savignac holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in finance and real estate. In addition, he has an advanced certificate in management from l’École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM).
He began his career as an assistant to the Account Director at Le Centre financier aux entreprises Desjardins des Laurentides. He also offered for several years, his services as a consultant.

In addition to his function, he is responsible of the company's database, which is probably one of the most complete databases amongst all the private firms in property valuation in Quebec.
After more than 14 years in real estate investment and nearly 8 years as an appraiser, Sylvain Savignac has developed a recognized expertise in the real estate appraisal business. Luc Girouard began his real estate career in 1985 as a property assessment technician for the Haut-Saint-François Regional County Municipality and the Léonard Caumartin & Associés Ltd., whose professional designation became Léonard, Caumartin, Bernard & Associates (LCBA).
From 1992 to 1996, he start and finish the process to become a chartered appraiser at C. Caumartin & Associés inc. In 1996, he accepted the position of Director at Raymond Chabot Grand Thornton. He assumed his duties for eight years (1996-2004) before continuing his career as a director at AEC International for six years (2004-2010). He then pursued his professional career with the Altus Group as a director for more than five years (2010-2016).
He joined Raymond Joyal Cadieux Paquette & Associates in 2016 as a director.
He has extensive experience of more than 30 years in the field of municipal assessment of industrial properties of all kinds, including an experience developed at the technical level of industrial properties. This experience is to a large extent linked to the study of large scale industrial complexes belonging to multinationals. He also has extensive experience when the cost method is essential, in addition to successfully defending several causes of value disputes before the Office of Assessment Review, which became the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.
In addition to evaluating industrial properties in the field of municipal assessment, his expertise led him to estimate market value and insurable value as well as to offer consulting services in the field of real estate to many companies, particularly during partial or complete expropriations of real estate properties.

Pierre Sabourin is an appraiser and a real estate advisor.
He practices the profession of chartered appraiser for over 40 years and was senior partner of the firm Raymond, Joyal, Cadieux, Paquette & Associates Ltd since 1990, a position he held until November 2010. Since then, he acts as a consultant appraiser for the said firm.
In his practice, he was called to serve as an expert witness in several arbitration cases for the Superior Court and the Tribunal Administratif du Québec. He also participated in the evaluation and negotiations as an accredited appraiser on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation of Quebec and Public Works Canada, in several projects and important mandates.
In his field of activities as an appraiser, he is involved in producing and writing appraisal reports for commercial, industrial and mixed (residential and office) properties for financing purposes, and also has extensive experience in the evaluation of land and market research studies.
